Love Herbert & Shrive, always have my prescriptions ready before I arrive and are all super friendly.

For prescriptions they function as needed. Selection is okay. They offer a few quack products but also plenty of OTC regular products. My issue is with their social distancing and lack of PPE. (During COVID-19) Whilst I was in the shop, I was 1 of 5 customers. I was there for about 5 minutes. 3 staff in the back working closely. Hard to avoid. A screen was up, but circumvented by the actions of till staff. No masks worn even though they sold them. I held the item I had taken from the shelf barcode towards him and he took it, moved it 6 inches and then used the hand held scanner to scan it in the exact same orientation. I asked him why they chose not to wear a mask and he just shrugged. This paints a very different picture to the NHS message and for health "professionals" is not what I would expect.

Travel Clinic at Herbert & Shrive offers excellent service with a high level of professionalism and care. I called in to have a last-minute travel jab as I was travelling to Africa. I searched up pharmacies in my area and to my surprise; this Pharmacy came up with very positive reviews. The consultant was also very generous to me and saved me a lot of money on my travel medicines. An outstanding service which I can recommend anyone without hesitation. Thank you.

Herbert and Shrive Pharmacy in Teddington has been a boon for me. They offer general consultation for medical aspects of travelling, as well as all kinds of vaccinations required for going abroad. I along with my fiancé attended here before going for holidays to a South Asian country. I have to say the staffs here are most professional and friendly. The doctor explained us in detail regarding what not to do and how to be safe in the mosquito prone forest area. PS- Even the shot did not hurt. That’s good
