Unpleasant/unprofessional staff, including the pharmacist. I needed info regarding an emergency script sent to this chemist by NHS Direct for a sensory disabled family member who has difficulty using the phone. Both she and myself were talked to in a rude manner, including having the phone hung up on us, the whole experience was quite upsetting for us specially as the patient was quite anxious about access to medical help.
Very rude South African woman behind the counter, extremely abrupt with no customer service. I was waiting for some time with nobody to be seen down the till end so I went to the other end of the store to politely ask if anyone was serving. This obviously upset her as she snapped “I’m actually serving someone else at the moment” when it was my ‘turn’ she was extremely surly. I found this surprising given the level of competition in Teddington. I won’t be visiting this pharmacy again.
Competent and caring staff, always ready to give you the best advice rather than trying to sell something you don't need.
Also wide selection of high quality products for skin/hair/tooth care.
Open until late, especially useful if you are often busy and need a place that is customer oriented, rather than having to adapt your schedule every time.
I would give them six stars!
