This place has been out of my moms prescription for 3 months when the doctor contacted them and told them to order it in for today they where supposed to text and let us know it was ready for collection. No message didnt answer the phone and now because of the bank holiday mom has to wait till Tuesday to see if they have her meds. Disgusting service.
Deteriorated severely from previous standard.. Now, no text when Rx is ready for collection. No answer to 'phone when querying the same.
Website said open and hours 0900-1800. Queued at 0900 and didn't open until 1000. No message relayed, not even to the head of the queue.
they should learn to answer their phone. never had a such bad service when trying to find out if my prescription has been filled.
Understaffed, don't answer phone, always full of OAPs and aggressive locals who don't mind waiting for hours. Suitable for people who have nothing else to do and are brain dead
