Due to the layout of the pharmacy it is very confusing as to how many people are in the shop at any one time. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem but with current circumstances it makes this a pharmacy that I will avoid in future.
The staff are hardly friendly and not very quick at filling prescriptions.

Very slow service people made to Q for far too long while the Pharmacist takes twenty minutes to put a sticky label on a box. Also one female staff member not wearing a mask.

Delighted to post a review of what is by far the best Pharmacy in the area. Lovely staff, solid advice, well-stocked and attractive layout, and the computer liaison with Twickenham Park Surgery nearby works very smoothly. -- You see the Doctor, s/he messages the prescription, which you collect from this chemist a few minutes later.
