I was recommended to Nicole by a colleague after suffering over a year with my back, and having seen multiple physios with no relief. Nicole took the time to listen and understand the history of pain I’ve experienced, and slowly introduced exercises that have in all honesty worked wonders for me. Initially the idea of virtual physio was daunting tbh, but Nicole made the whole experience feel like there was no difference between being physically there, in fact I would genuinely say I think this has worked better for me, and over 6 months down the line I am going from strength to strength and look forward to our sessions. So a big thank you from me to Nicole, and I highly recommend her as both a physio and Pilates instructor!

Nicole helped me when I hurt my ankle during the summer. Even when unable to visit during lockdown she kept in contact and gave very useful advice on exercise and keeping active and still continues to do so. I highly recommend her service

Nicole has been amazing - she has worked with me on a few issues and I have felt that she is really interested in my wellbeing by checking up on me. I found her to be really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Her physio skills have been top notch and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you!

TW12 Physio's knowledge of the human body is such that they were able to diagnose and provide successful treatment straight away. Plus they are super nice ,great after care and helpful too! An ongoing issue which I was living with but didn't need to so recommend to anyone to get in touch with them and get better quicker.

Nicole was great. I had very specific goals of being able to run again after injury. She was very knowledgeable and in addition to helping me strengthen post injury also gave me other exercises to improve performance, as well as protect other joints as I also have an underlying joint problem. Absolutely would recommend her if you find yourself needing physio.
