ZERO STAR APPALLING RIP OFF. As per majority of reviews do not waste your time here especially your money as they over charge and are totally incompetent. This is second time they have replaced my watch battery (which lasts less than one year). Last time went back as watch misted up - they tightened back, this time the same, their poor excuse needs to go back to manufacturers for sealing. This watch has a 50m waterproofing and now mists up when washing up, or washing car, neither of which I immerse watch. Will never go back .... you have been warned!!!!
I had a watch battery fitted into my dad's watch here (it was given to my son after my dad unfortunately passed away) when I got it back there was a big scratch across the back of the casing...I couldn't prove it was done whilst the battery was being fitted.....but know that it wasn't there when I gave it to them to replace, I was extremely upset and won't be taking anything else there again!!!!!
Friendly helpful staff. I sold them some gold and silver pieces. Would go back again.
Went to get watch battery changed as per usual. This time they claimed it needed to be sent off, then ' graciously ' agreed but overcharged me. Had to pay same price as if sent off £14! To cap it all the battery lasted 5 months. Total rip off.
I'm extremely happy with the service I have received from this shop They have just made two of my rings larger at a very good price. And done in just over a week. Staff very friendly and helpful.
