Absolutely awful service. They destroyed an expensive jacket by machine washing it, when I paid for a dry cleaning service. The zip was broken in multiple places too. Customer service f(rom the manager of all people) was disgusting, Lilian is a very rude and unpleasant women. Do not use the services of this branch or Timpsons in general, you will regret it!
Amazing service from the girls in general it’s a shame the Morrisons store management don’t interact with them for support I remember the male customer manager always helping
Bad never cut the keys correctly
Most of the staff are unfriendly, unwelcoming and demotivated. The Croydon branch cut my keys wrongly so they didn’t work. I took them into this branch to get them done and they were unapologetic. Another time, they closed the shop for a lunch break and again they didn’t apologise to myself or the other two people waiting when they came back.
Brand NEW Suit I got in December for £300 is ruined after the 1st dry cleaning. My jacked is burnt,looks shiny on the collar and shoulder. Every time I look my self in the mirror I want to cry. Do not recommend this place!! Thank you.
