Viktoria cleaning services are superb! It’s such a slick and friendly operation. Most if our correspondence is with Mariia who is so accommodating and friendly. Natalia cleans our house every Thursday and we’ve never had a clean like it! Both my partner and I are working from home and Natalia moves around us effortlessly without disturbing. She’s quick, extremely thorough and friendly. My partner and I (and even our two teenage daughters) are extremely impressed and grateful for the job Viktoria Cleaning services provides. It’s safe to say that Thursday is now my favourite day of the week!

Having had cleaners for thee past 10 years in our past and present home, we are very impressed with the quality of service of Viktoria Cleaning Services. The quote given was competitive and matching previous cleaners, and lower than large agencies giving eye watering quotes to people who might not have a clue about normal rates. So far the quality has been the best we have ever experienced in the past 10 years, and the house has been cleaned to an exceptional level every week, in expected time. With current Covid, we check in the day before cleaning is due, to be sure both sides are well. Working from home myself while the offices have been shut has not been a problem due to professionalism on both sides, and we swap floors to be out of each others ways, including children when about, so no problems. When theres extra to do (requested), like cleaning fridge, oven, bottle warmer etc, any time over expected time is tallied up at the same rate , not a high rate per item (again larger agencies overcharging), and we are very pleased with every aspect of the service, 10/10 in every way possible

We have had a wonderful experience with Viktoria cleaning services. Very professional. With the current Covid situation, she checks in day before to ensure both sides are well. If all is ok then cleaning resumes. Cleaners wear mask and gloves throughout. I'm very pleased with the service and would highly recommend it.
