Was refered here after Falmouth road group practice refused to investigate a life saving scan that was being covered by a "friend" pretending to be the person doing it all way too obvious a nobody filling in for the real person that should have been doing the scan was probably off where ever now telling one of the doctors here what had happened and at this point I was seriously ill it would seem she rang the first surgery with them vilifying me because I had "complained" which now cause this doctor and this surgery to nearly cause my death with her refusing to help me and treating me like vermin for nearly nine months then having to borrow money to pay for the same life saving scan like the one they both wouldn't investigate that instantly diagnosed the problem that had so far destroyed the whole of life.the surgeon said because of what they caused I would now have serious health issues which I have been having and mostly recovering from since though on tablets now for the rest of my life they then decided too blatantly deny I was now having serious health issues causing me more damage hoping I would leave the surgery thus passing and getting rid of any blame instead I proved they were doing this and in the process they were letting my new doctor in there take the blame if what they were covering up was found out which as I say I proved because it was so blatant done ignored by the management there after over 15 letters and having my pleas and fears written down I even told my new doctors colleges and hercmanagement that my new doctor was clearly distressed in not wanting to help with there cover up hervtelling me that thwy were doing this which caused my doctor into severe depression then because of my worsen symptoms and with the prove that they were covering up the damage they caused to my body internal i confront one of her collegues and while an argument ensued and which was without doubt pre planned the original doctor who had treated me with prejudice and had covered up what she had done after whatever she was told that made her treat me so badly when i was literally dying came bursting in ashen faced hysterical telling me i was being removed from the surgery for good and I had to leave immediately I called the police unbeknown to me the doctor who I tried to help and the one that if I proved they were covering up what they caused would have it seemed taken all the responsibility for it and who had told me that they were covering it all up had now taken her life at the beginning of 2015 since then I have been recovering losing everything because of it but because of them now covering all this up and was later told this that if the truth came to light it might cause a bit of a fuss in that it xaused the suicide of my doctor? And threatened in 2019 becaues of it with there pretense that i have serious mental health problems (if i dont keep my mouth shut)which the doctor qickly retracted after i told him i was given copies of my notes before they could "doctor" them?I am now frightened to go to another surgery and all I asked for was the help I needed?

It is linked to the Artesian health centre so do not attend the wrong one. Not signed up to the NHS patient booking online system which is very poor. Seem to prefer phone consultations (this was pre Corona)

Won't deny there are failings, yes. But it's a busy place often. It's a bit of a mixed service at times, sometimes better than others. However, overall, I think they are good. All doctors surgeries have some similar issues to those in posts here. The doctors I see generally are good.

Called in first thing 8am and got through 20 minutes later where the receptionist was able to schedule me for an urgent appointment in the afternoon. The receptionist was efficient if a bit brusque with people (a reality of the ever-growing queue), but went out of her way to communicate clearly and caringly with a man who was speech-impaired in front of me and ensure he had his appointment details written down. Waiting room was a bit chaotic. The doctor saw me on time, was perfectly kind, took care to listen to my full story of the presenting issues, and while she wasn't able to get at the root of my problem on the day, she did all she could to make sure I took the next steps, made follow-up appointments. Overall, while the experience was far from serene, staff were incredibly efficient and effective.

The saddest place Ive ever seen. I can never get an appointment, the carpet and furniture are ragged and worn. Whoever manages this health centre should be ashamed. Outside the surgery looks like a bombsite with rubbish everywhere. There are dozens of doctors who type up what I say without even looking at me or physically examining me. What has the UK health service come to? The poorest I have ever known.
