Had an emergency with patio doors not shutting. Arranged for Negev to come the same afternoon. Comms were good and he came on time, explained each bit of what he was doing and what the issue was. Also helped fixed another door where the hinges were misaligned. Would recommend and use again

Super service ! Needed a new lock replacement quite urgently and someone came within the hour. I think the locksmith who came was called Negev, he was super helpful and went beyond and did work with what I felt was a really fair price. Will definitely be calling here again if I need anything else done.

I normally don’t write reviews, but felt compelled because it’s so rare to find kind helpful people. My contractor locked himself out and my extra set keys are in another country. Called Your Locksmith to see how to regain entry. After going back and forth discussing all the options, the locksmith actually suggested the best and cheapest option for me as opposed to advising otherwise to line his own pockets. If it wasn’t urgent, couriering the key would actually be significantly cheaper than drilling out the cylinder and wasting the lock. Then the following week, I called again to ask for advice for another lock related question. This time was no different. He never hesitated to help answer all my questions, get back to me as soon as possible, and all without asking for anything in return. Now, I have my go-to locksmith saved in my contacts. Thanks again for your help!
