Very kind owner and staff and the work was quality. I would recommend this cleaners. My task was for pressing silk, and the result was fantastic.

Awful service. When I picked up my dress after it had been supposedly dry cleaned, it was still dirty and had dust all over it. I took it back and the guy started saying that I had to pay extra if I wanted both the inside and the outside cleaned! I'd already paid £16 so refused to pay anymore and the man started shouting at me. Fortunately the owner stepped in and said he'd fix the problem. When I complained that I didn't expect to be verbally abused the owner said 'oh, he's always like that....' as if it's acceptable. There was no apology. It then took 3 more visits to get my dress back clean. They kept 'forgetting'. I used to go to this place a lot. Whilst the owner seems like a nice guy, he has a poor choice of employees.

i have been using this guys for almost 15years, very average quality of services, but its very near to my apartment, hence the reason i was using them, until now! Having mentioned that to be honest, for the past 3years, the service and customer services got even worse 100%. Make the matter worse....two day ago i send a 2piece suit and 3 shirts, all come back still with stains on the shirts (see photos), and i asked the fat guy to re-do the shirts and once again after two days i got them back even worse..... be aware they are also punch of thief... as i was charged £17.50 instead of £11.99 as they have been promoting the deal for 2 pieces suit and 3shirts. They have been displaying a big banner with this offer and also on the receipt you tend to get. in summery, i will never ever again using this dry cleaner and i warning anyone to avoid using this punch of thief and unprofessional dry cleaner.

Had three keys cut, two didn’t work. Turns out they were done on the wrong type of template.

I gave 3 dresses in, 2 to be altered and 1 to be dry cleaned. The alterations were fine but the one that was dry cleaned was folded across two wire hangers. This meant there were large creases across the whole dress and I have to now iron it before I can wear it. Not the level of service I expect, you should be able to wear it off the hanger. Unfortunately I won’t be using them again.
