Service booked with Lloyd and carried out by Gerard. Efficient and professional, made it very clear what we would be paying. Friendly and polite. Arrived punctually and with all the tools necessary to complete the job. Have had negative experiences with other locksmiths in Camden, but I now know that I can count on London Locks.

I called London Locks and they were fantastic. I had a key stuck in the lock and needed to change the lock. I don't know one lock from another so I took a photo and they sent me full details of the price up front. Sent someone out to me within half an hour. Ashley, who fixed the lock, was great, quick, courteous and cleared up. Definitely recommend them

I lost my keys and had to call the locksmith services out on Sunday so I could open my bedroom door. Lloyd was fantastic! I sent him a picture of the lock and he arrived within 15 mins to sort out the door. He had the locked door open within minutes, without any damage and I was relieved to be able to finally get into my room. I highly recommend their services, not only was he prompt in replying and getting to the location, Lloyd was pleasant and funny - made me feel slightly better about my lost keys debacle! All in all - a fantastic service, definitely call them if you're trouble!

I chose this service as the reviews were excellent and I was not disappointed. They managed to find me an appointment at very short notice and were extremely professional: on time, efficient, helpful and honest. What striked me the most is how honest they were in advising me and trying to find a solution first for the lock. It's such a rare quality these days and having suppliers that you can trust is a gem.
