I had left in dry cleaning in Churchill Place branch just before lockdown. I called the Canary Wharf branch and David was super helpful. He collected my dry cleaning from Churchill Place branch and organised for it to be sent to me via parcelforce. He dealt with my request quickly.
I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I always find these guys to be really helpful. I've had engraving done, shoes cleaned and repaired (heels mainly) and keys made over the five or so years I've been going to them. The quality is always very good and holds up. They usually turn it around same day if you go in the morning and drop it off.
I'd highly recommend them for pretty much any random thing you need help with. It seems the store does it all.
Sure, it's sometimes a bit pricey, but that's Canary Wharf for you. It's no more expensive than any other similar store in the Wharf. They're also upfront with how much it will cost.
