They sent my Parents letters demanding Money for Rent, when baring in mind they are on top Benefits as both being Terminally Ill. Of course they ring up, get put through numerous Departments and still told you have to pay it. I write a Review on their Facebook Page explaining their committing Fraud and all of a Sudden they want to Ring up and sort it. They ring up speak to my Parents and say I'm threatening them by involving there Director of Housing. Clearly it's not Threatening if none of the Departments are going to Help and you need to get it Resolved then this Woman comes on the Phone and says your Son will be in Serious Trouble if he mentions our Director of Housing. Then I go back on the Facebook Review Page and explain what she said and all of a Sudden they pipe down get the right Department first time and suddenly admit they made a Terrible Mistake. I find it astounding these Staff, Departments and Director of Housing have no Respect, Common Sense or the Resources to realise you can't extort money out of 2 Dying People who have always followed the Rules, never broke the Law and always updated their Records correctly. My own Solicitor has all their Records and Files of Mistakes they have committed on this Family. He clearly said Jase you could take them court now and you'll find it's none stop Harrassement, there Errors and Mistakes are Unbearable and we'll just keep collecting their Letters and Calls and then they'll have a lot of Explaining to do. I love when they say I'm in Terrible Trouble when all I'm doing is constantly finding Error after Error and I'm not ringing Dying People up intimidating them cause I work for a Organisation that likes to do that. I can assure there Director of Housing everytime they slip up, I'll have them Recorded Virtually, there calls Recorded and there Letters Stored then we'll see how Big and Clever they think they are. Enough is Enough they need to learn Respect and get basic Information Correct I am tired of dealing with them it's time for a Court to start dealing with them.

The stars are mainly for a lovely, very helpful, lady, I only know as 'Rose', because Rose, and her astute actions, and empathic nature, and tenacity, was the predominantary reason, why my friend wasn't immediately evicted, due to unforeseen circumstances, beyond his control. So, thankyou, Rose, and WFDC, and if anyone else finds themselves, in similar circumstances, it's always worth asking for help. Because help was available, and assistance, was viable, when we didn't even know it was available, and not being evicted, was at all possible.
