Used by many locals. It's a good place for all. Parking is free and plentiful. There are public toilets. Play area for kids next to the lake, a free to use exercise equipment area, a small rock climbing wall and there's also a tarmacked basketball court. You can stick to the paths or veer off through the trees and make a walk with kids more interesting. There is a Waitrose, Costa Coffee, Boots, Local News agent as well as other small shops which are just down one of the many paths that surround the lake. Easily 1-2 hours can be spent here.

Beautiful outdoor space. Path leads all the way around the lake. Park for kids, also exercise equipment and basketball court. Big field also. Lake can be fished with licence. Ample parking. Path leads off to local shops.

Great park. It has everything. Ample car parking. Fields & wooded areas. A play park & a lake to walk around. Plus public toilets.

Usually there for my sons soccer. Wish there were better toilet facilities on site
