Ticket machine is right in the middle...

What a lovely car park! Mostly level. Spaces are roomy. It is positioned close to a place you might want to visit (the park). Fees are reasonable.
Come on Google Maps! Are people REALLY clamouring for reviews of car parks? If so, grateful for tips on whst criteria to judge them on. Thanks.
Absolutely love cassionbury park. Lots of lovely walks and ideal for Dog walking. 2 nice cafes and both Dog friendly. Children's play area.
Summer time can gave a paddle in River at bottom by bridge. Very big park.
Easy parking and payment facilities. First 2 hours are free which makes for an easy and very cost effective walk with a buggy and little one.
It would be 5 stars if the kids pool and miniature train was open! Those 2 in particular are the best attractions in the park. We visited (again) in mid July when some Covid-19 restrictions were lifted and it was busy but not overcrowded. Have to visit in the morning to get a parking space, which is inside the park and have to pay for parking but isn't costly at all. Toilets closed but cafes open. It's got a beautiful forest side of the park with streams of water and a canal - amazing for walking. Lots of green space to sit, however not much shade due to lack of trees.
