Easy to parking and organised well
Lots of disabled parking available if you can find a disabled bay that has not been taken by someone without a blue badge! I have reported this to citipark management but they have done nothing about it. My advice if you are disabled, park your car safely on the road with blue badge showing (single or double yellow lines ok as long as not causing an obstruction) and keep the parking fee in your pocket, not citipark's.
Decent secure car park with fairly large spaces, though it could do with lines as well as the blue rectangles to help you when reversing in. The slightly weird thing is that if you pre-pay you don't get the card required to regain entry through some of the doors... Most confusing.
The car park was easy to get into as well as easy to get out of without hassle. Overall it was a good car park.
There needs to be more than 4 playing machines on the ground floor as on matchdays the queues can be 20 mins long as there are 3 one end and only 1 at the other. There needs to be more on the other levels so people can get out quicker
