Absolutely disgusting , they send through parking penalties for pre paid parking spots, they claimed that the app used it was not valid.
They have no way to speak to anyone directly and scaremongering by continuously sending the penalty charge over and over again.
I am disabled and need carers with me we spent longer than two hours I need to pay the fine but they are not recognising my ref number but can not get hold of any one to ask what i can do ,?
