I lost my ticket and I was surprised to have a quick response on their telephone number for a Friday evening. Great help from the guy and a lot of patience from his part too! Really appreciate it in a situation like that.
The car park is fine but on getting my ticket the barrier did not rise. I tried to use the bell but this didn't work either. A queue started to form behind me. I just kept pressing both machines until after a couple of minutes the machine eventually gave me a second ticket which raised the barrier.
I don't go into Watford much but if it's this much of a faff to get parked then I'd seriously think twice about doing so.
That said the parking and price is ok.
Convenient car park cheaper that the others nearby. Very good location!
All signage could be better, in particular foot passenger entry and exit signs to ,from the High St.
Lift was not working the day we visited.
Right next to intu Watford. Reasonable price, clean, friendly staffs
