Found it very hard to get a business account - their processes seem stuck in the 1950's. The job they did was excellent, but returning for a similar job, they informed me that I had a special introductory price and that it would now cost twice as much. Completely untrue as the original emails I had from them guaranteed that price and made no mention of a special introductory discount. Staff tend to view customers as a "problem", and I was not made to feel welcome for my business. Would give 1 star were it not for the quality of the work which was good.
