Absolutely appalling service! These guys hadn’t bothered to dry clean the clothes and each time i’d go there, the Asian guy with the short beard would say ‘come back tomorrow, your clothes aren’t ready yet’. Eventually when I did get my clothes back they hadn’t even been cleaned! And they had the cheek to charge me £27. I wouldn’t even give a single star if I had the option!

I took in two coats, one just for cleaning and the other to be cleaned and have a zip replaced which I was told would be no problem. When I returned the following week to collect them, the zip was still broken and when I pointed this out I was told that they had said to me they couldn't do it, a claim which was refuted by myself and my girlfriend who was with me at both drop-off and collection, otherwise I would have taken it to be repaired somewhere else. After I handed over the £16 that I had been charged and left the store, we then discovered that the other coat was still dirty in places, and when we took it back and pointed this out we were told that they had put it through the machine twice (which I doubt) and that some stains cannot be removed, which would have been OK had they mentioned it to begin with. I have given two stars instead of one because at least the jacket with the broken zip had been cleaned, but unless your idea of good customer service is being charged for a half-arsed job and being lied to directly to your face then I would take your cleaning elsewhere.
