My absolute go to pharmacy. At first they were not super nice but then we ceaxked a joke and since then every time i return they are always lovely, smiley and efficient! I must have come on a bad day the first time.
I also was very impressed by the empathy and kindness of one of the women who took me apart in time i really needed support she is the only person in the nedical system in the UK who told me 'i want to help you'. That was so surprising and nice!
They are irresponsible. Regularly misplace my prescriptions. I have to call several times to my GP and them to find my prescription out. It happens regularly. Moreover, they do not apologise but make a stoic face as nothing happened.
Extremely rude staff who visibly laugh at you for simply asking questions.
Awful. Zero in customer service. Never again
