Was a genuine mix-up on medication which was surgery's fault, noticed within the hour, medication untouched, but pharmacy wouldn't let me return it for rightful drugs without charging me twice. Health and safety no doubt but only person out of pocket is me. Have moved repeat perscriptions to another pharmacy.
I have always found Lloyds to be well stocked and the staff freindly and helpful. I go there for prescriptions, toiletries and sometime pick up a health food snack as well. A great addition to the HIgh Street.
I rarely write reviews, but I left the pharmacy today feeling disappointed and upset. The staff were unfriendly and rude, including the cashier and the female pharmacist. I wasn't greeted when I arrived, not even a simple "hello" or "how can I help", instead she said "yeah?". I was also made to wait for my flu jab without an explanation about what was happening. The lady who gave me the injection was very cold and moody. I will never return to this pharmacy, and wouldn't recommend anyone else go either.
Staff are helpful and very friendly too. I like to support my local shops where possible so decided to go here to buy painkillers whilst suffering with sciatica. I purchased a 32 box of nurofen plus on 4/4/20 costing £7.49. I returned today, 18 days later, purchased the exact item again only to find they have increased the price to £8.99. Very disappointed and am sorry to say I will no longer be supporting this pharmacy!
We got our flujab here after 3 visits. Helpful but poor communication.
