Very useful having this pharmacy in Sainsbury's. very helpful. Others have complained about the wait time: it's a busy place so just go and do more shopping while you wait. It's really not a big deal given all the other things we have to contend with in life.
Maybe a little slow and shabby but staff are always pleasant, friendly, and helpful.
Everytime I go to pick up my prescription, I am always kept waiting for at least 10 minutes. The staff aren't the friendliest either and more often than not, no one is on the desk.
Large store, great for foreign exchange & clothes etc. Not so much prescriptions: usually there's a problem (they don't always have the items) or delay. Am currently investigating using a supplier that delivers to work or home instead. I did originally choose this store as they used to have everything & minimal queues, that has changed
