Doesn't matter if it's full or empty , the waiting time it's always very long . Staff are really slow and think everyone has all day to wait for them . At front there is only one person serving as they all gather at the back chatting with each other!! Terrible service and even though they get bad reviews, they don't do anything to fix the problem !! If I could give 0 points!

This pharmacy categorically cannot provide an efficient service for its patients/customers. Waiting in the freezing cold for 75 minutes for a prescription to be fulfilled. They called me back and my prescription was still not ready in full. They called me back again and still not correct. This is the service the most unwell in our society so desperately relies on and it is not good enough. Staff don’t care at all. No communication, slow and patronising if challenged. We are all over a barrel because we can only pick up our prescriptions here.

Horrific. Rude people and profoundly slow. They send you a text when it’s ready but even when you come back when texted it still takes them half an hour to just hand you the tablets. Bear in mind this is outpatients, so most of the people waiting have been discharged from hospital; ie sick and weak people in pain. Terrible service, slow and rude

Doctor at hospital said my prescription would be sent to Pharmacy. I went to Pharmacy, early afternoon, bad signage, first queue for about 25 minutes outside in cold, for someone to take my phone number, check name etc, then send me back out again, that I should wait for sms/text when ready, told at least 15 mins. Unfriendly security by the door, had changed between my waiting periods.
