I was seeking treatment for my shoulder pain, and has tried acupuncture, seen an osteopath, and to no avail. I then went to see Larissa, and she is brilliant. After 3 sessions, my pain has significantly reduced, and my shoulder mobility has improved. I am very thankful for that!

I guess phyio treatment in Central London can be seen as a commodity - I've maybe used 3 or 4 places over the past 10 years and never been back to the same place twice ... but LARISSA CHRISTIAN is now my exception to that "rule" and I will definitely seek her out if/when there's a next time. I was referred with lower back pain and the treatment sessions were the best I have ever had. Thorough, caring, courteous and never rushed. Thank you Larissa.

I didn't think I would ever get confidence back in my knee until my appointments started with Larissa. It had been nearly 2 years, i had tried other treatments and physios but Larissa was able to identify the issue, explain it, pinpoint the treatment and exercises and encourage me along the way. The way she helped to explain the cause and effect of what i was doing inspired my faith and ultimately i am on the road to recovery with a lot more confidence in what my knee will do. I have even started running again now. I fully recommend Larissa at Capital Physio.

Very grateful to Larissa Christian. Her treatment and advice were so helpful with a knee problem last year that I had no hesitation in returning to her after a soft tissue injury this year. She inspires confidence in diagnosis, relieving symptoms and setting a course for long-term recovery. Her approach has been very supportive of my goal of keeping active in middle-age.

I had a few sessions of physio with Larissa at Capital Physio for a painful knee. Larissa asked me the right questions to identify the problem and started each session with a general check of my progress/level of pain. She built me an exercise plan that went up in intensity as I got stronger, and also included physio massages which helped relax the muscles. This was now 2 months ago and I have been able to take up sports again, haven’t felt any pain since! I also feel confident as I know how to address the problem myself if it comes up again.
