Total Clean insisted on full payment upfront, then failed to show for their booking.
When they did arrive they did not clean the windows, the fridge, the oven at all. As it was an ex-builders clean everything was left very dusty and not clean.
The cleaners had also left scratches all over the freshly polished parquet flooring. When I called the office, their response was simply “it was the builders not us. It was clearly so dusty you didn’t see the damaged floor until we cleaned it.” My response, “it was actually the floor itself that has been repaired and freshly polished, so I can assure you I have pictures of a perfect, new floor before your cleaners arrived.”On sending through pictures to the Total Clean office of the lack of clean, and damage, the cleaners came back. The cleaners arrived several hours late again. Again the clean was not done, the fridge, the oven, the bathroom. This whole process took over 2 weeks. Total Clean simply offered a refund for the clean and refuse to submit their insurance details to my insurance company for the damage. I will never use Total Clean or recommend Total Clean again .
Quick and deep clean at fairly short notice. Would recommend!

Despite the fact they were running late on the scheduled day they called and were very polite and apologetic. We rescheduled for the following day, a Saturday and they were well on time, did an amazing job, worked really hard, were very friendly and professional and I'd definitely recommend them to everyone.
We have been using Total Clean services for several years, and are very happy with their service. Very polite, responsive and professional with their service. Recommended!
