The comment below is completely false. They have not refused to resolve the situation! Avoid at all costs! £200 taken out of my account - 6 months later no refund! There was a mix up with the booking and one of their cleaners turned up. They were closed over bank holiday so I couldn't speak to a member of staff. They took £100 out of my account without my permission! They then apologised on the Tuesday and said they would refund me. 2 days later they took another £100 out of my account and I still haven't got that money back! Now they're refusing to refund me at all! Someone from the cleaning company called me from their mobile phone a couple of months later. They offered to give me back half of my money if I took my comment down. At the moment getting the money back is less important than making sure they are treating their customers fairly. This company shouldn't be trading in this manner. The fact is they took money out of my account unwillingly and did not read the terms and conditions to me over the phone. I also never received their terms and conditions by email like they suggested. They have no proof of this. I tried to take them to court over it, but the 2 addresses I found on their website are fake. I send 2 letters and they both were sent back to me by Royal Mail. Quite suspect I think?

We are very happy with the regular cleaning services provided by FastKlean. The clinic is always cleaned to the highest standard. Our cleaner Galia is very hard-working and always on time. She does a brilliant job every time. Brian, our account manager is very responsive, friendly and helpful. Thank you so much to the whole team. We can't recommend them highly enough.
