This was my first experience with a end of tenancy cleaning and it was horrible. The cleaners where an hour later and didn't even bother phoning or apologise. The cleaning they did was even worse. The checkout report said that it wasn't professionally cleaned and had a long list of issues that need to be charged to the tenant (me). Dust everywhere, inside windows not cleaned etc etc. The owners are extremely annoyed at me because of the poor job that was done cleaning the apartment. Money was deducted of my deposit. Rude and arrogant. I will never use them again. You pay a fortune and for that type of money a place better be cleaned to spec.
