First I like the location , close to station. Before lockdown I been Droping the clothes before going to work and collect after. I've been asking for less plastic and they doing every time, very friendly staff.
Outrageous pricing: 3.25 per shirt! 5.25 to re-re-sow a button (so 4 loose buttons on a shirt is over 20 quid). And let’s not mention an annual membership fee that affords you the rare privilege of these absurd prices.
There were occasionally a few ‘deals’ e.g., 10 shirts at ~2 pounds a shirt - but some new staff that are either unaware of the promotion or try and cheat you out of it if you don’t expressly mention it.
After 5 years of blinding accepting this sort of treatment I’ve taken my business down the road.
A great cleaning and alterations company with brilliant staff. I take a lots of expensive pieces here which need specialist cleaning and they do amazing job. The clothes always smell good too. I have recently used their alterations services which was also brilliant and job completed in less than 24 hours.. thank you American Dry Cleaning Company..
This is the Best service I have received in London. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent results on dry cleaning and tailoring, quick turnarounds and attentive customer service from Manager Inesa.
