Useless. If you arrive on a Saturday or Sunday, they're closed. If you want to leave on a Saturday or Sunday, they're closed. Basically, if you want to hire a car at the weekend, forget it.
Unhelpful staff with poor attitude. Also watch their fuel charge because if you don't refuel the car yourself they charge more than double the normal rate when they do it. Do yourself a favour and use any other car company.
Awful customer service and they charge you for damage you didn’t even do. Then they don’t respond to any emails or phone calls regarding the issue they just take money from your account. Thieves!
