They have quite a few bad reviews on here, so I thought I should share my experiences on here. The times that I have gone here to collect prescriptions(about 5-6 times) they have always been helpful and polite. The only slight issue I have was that the waiting times can occasionally be a bit long but that is understandable when they have several customers and need to find the medicine and attend to customers. It is also a very convenient pharmacy given it is just downstairs from the GP. They also have really late opening hours which is flexible. I went today and they have installed the plastic window so it feels safe to communicate with staff members and they also took card payments.

I was prescribed an emergency prescription over the weekend and was not able to get it anywhere but I tried this pharmacy and got it straightaway. The staff was really friendly and efficient and explained it very nicely. Highly recommended. Well-done guys. Thanks.

I came to get a prescription today, the man there said they couldn't accept card, and i didnt have cash, so he asked if i wanted the prescription to take to another pharmacy. So he gave it to me and i took it to another pharmacy just now. The other pharmacy said that because this pharmacy havent returned the prescription to 'the cloud' properly, that i cannot be given the medication until Leyton Orient Pharmacy do what they should have done. I am still on the phone, calling, and calling, and calling, and calling. I have been calling for almost 30 mins and nobody answers the phone. Someone there is cancelling the calls and not answering. I cannot go back to the pharmacy as i am in too much pain to move. So i call the doctor to explain that the pharmacy has messed up the prescription, and the doctor says the prescription cannot be issued again. The pharmacy needs to correct their error, as i cannot get this issued again. Please please PLEASE ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! WHAT IS THE POINT IN HAVING A PHONE IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO ANSWER IT. MY DAY HAS BEEN COMPLETELY MESSED UP BY THIS AND I NEED MY PRESCRIPTION TO AVOID HAVING TO GO TO A&E.... ANSWER THE PHONE PLEASE!!!!
