This is a fantastic pharmacy with highly trained staff. Their customer service skills are a breath of fresh air and went beyond the norm to ensure I received the items I requested. Would definitely recommend. Love the interior!

We are in tier 4 and we went to cancel a pcr test with the simple ticket of the card transaction, the manager of the place does not have the capacity to resolve the matter and directly wants to explain to us that we cannot obtain a refund because it is the policy that also specifies In the purchase ticket that they never gave us, she finally found the ticket in her pharmacy, they never gave us the ticket before, also, you never tell your customers that "you are tired of this situation because you are not the only one", a basic rule of customer service, especially when the fault lies with the company, it does not matter if it has been another colleague, because it is assumed that all its workers represent the company and there is no justification for any error. Much less use your position in the company to sideline a client.

The girl whose first day was Wednesday 16th had such a brilliant positive attitude, it really improved the atmosphere in there!! She was excellent!

Due to new government’s restrictions and tier 4, our flight has been cancelled and they were NOT helpful at all. Terms and conditions of non refundable were never explained to us at the point of payment. They only offer you credit for the pharmacy or rebook your appointment in the next year to use. They were not helpful at all on the phone and not answering emails. I would nor reccomend this service and pharmacy to anyone.
