Visit to take COVID-19 test. The result came in 48 hours after dropping the sample.

They lost a prescription that was confirmed as received. Took over 50 minutes to get an urgent prescription. This was 50 minutes after they had confirmed on the phone with my doctor's office they had received the prescription. My doctor's office had to re-open the clinic after Saturday closing times and resend the prescription by email. I missed wedding festivities as a result of the delay. Top class stuck-upness, zero class competence.

It's the largest ,cleanest pharmacy I've ever seen, they have everything and if they don't, they can 9 times out of 10 order it , their staff are really knowledgeable , for instance I went there to get a compression sock for my knee , they have an area and. four staff who can help you including every support bandage known to man ranging from size small to xxxl , skincare , perfume , you need it, they've got it , only negative here is parking is difficult and they close at 6pm

Great selection. Staff was so kind giving me a disposable face mask when I realised I did not bring one with me. I could find all vitamins my friends in Australia want. Staff know what they sell, a bonus.

The worst customer service! I placed an order, after a week I called the store as haven't heard anything from them.It was around 4:30pm, lady after long await time picked up the phone and said their customer service team finishes at 5 pm so she will not asked them about my order now because its too late...was it really? ( I will leave this for senior management to sort out). Lady over the phone said she will check and give me a ring back the next day. Never heard from her again! I tried to call them but every single time my call was transferred, you could hear the answer and hang up straight away. So it took me an hour of constant calls to get through. When finally pharmacy member of staff picked up the phone, we exchanged two words and she hung up. Nice one! So I tried again a few times and gentleman picked up the phone, very surprised when I told him my story and transferred me to another member of staff who finally has had a conversation about my order. Do you know what I was told when I asked why my order was completely disregarded? That the person who was dealing with orders had not have a login to the system and then I was told also that the person left. Do I really need to know this as a customer? Staff shortage is not my concern. I really understand busy time but ignoring customer, not even trying to contact them to let them know the order will arrive delayed or not at all is completely out of order. On another note my refund was processed straight away, so who knows if the product was in stock at all. 10 days of hassle for nothing.
