I delt with the pharmacist Olha , she was fantastic and a true professional. I had some doubts about vaccinations/my record for my upcoming trip and she looked in depth into this and even took the time to reconfirm with colleagues on the helpline. She spent time deciphering my old vaccination record (which was by no means straight-forward!). I felt so reassured and confident I got the right answers I needed. Thank you very much, Olha!
