Shocking members of staff decided to have a hand signal conversation, about me like I was aware, then was followed around store and watched by staff not Even security, left felt sad and shocked I am in a wheelchair not stupid, I was Not Going to steal, then on way out they got very excited As a man they could focus there sights on, I am telling you now if this ever happends again I will be filming it. I think your staff need to be retrained in disability awareness or maybe retrain for Police, not they could I am guessing there choices are now slim due to there age.

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF BOOTS THE CHEMIST FOR MORE THAN FIFTY YEARS AND OF LATE THEY ARE MAKING MISTAKES IN CLOSIING DOWN THE BRANCHES WHERE THE TEAMS OF STAFF HAD FORMED A COMMUNITY SPIRIT WITH THE LOCALS ALMOST LIKE THE VILLAGE SHOPS USED TO BE. I AM WRITING THIS SO THAT THE BOARD OF THE COMPANY CAN SEE WHAT AN ORDINARY MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC FEELS YOU ARE NOT SEEING. MARYLEBONE HIGH STREET, LED BY MR. GHANDI HAD A TEAM WHO KNEW YOU BY NAME AND VALUED ONES CUSTOM. IT HAPPENED TO BE NEXT DOOR TO WAITROSE WHICH MADE IT A PRIME LOCATION AND I KNOW I SPEAK FOR MOST OF THE LOCALS WHO HAVE LIVED HERE FOR MANY YEARS IT IS SORELY MISSED AND ALTHOUGH THE STAFF AT BAKER STREET ARE O.K. THEY WILL NEVER HAVE THE PERSONAL TOUCH OF THE TEAM WHICH HAS NOW BEEN BROKEN UP. I DID NOTICE THAT THE BRANCH,, ALTHOUGH CLOSED IS STILL LIT ON A TIME SWITCH, TOTALLY FITTED OUT AS THOUGH THERE IS A CHANCE THAT THEY MAY RETURN. AM I DREAMING ?????????? PLEASE BOOTS C.E.O. RECONSIDER THIS CLOSURE AND COME BACK TO A VERY REGULAR CUSTOMER BASE WHO DEFINITELY SPEND EQUALLY TO YOUR BEST BRANCHES AND HAS BEEN APPRECIATED IN A WAY WHICH CANNOT REALLY BE EXPRESSED.

This store needs a self service machine cause it seems that some staff members don’t want to be there! I greeted him and was friendly as I usually am to staff members and I got nothing back. Either staff need to get retrained in customer service or get a couple of self service machines!
