I have had a tenancy withThatch Residential since 2012 and their service is impeccable. They are easy to contact and provide support and answers to queries quickly and efficiently. As a tenant, they provide a convenient connection to the Landlord as well as to their property maintenance service, which was so helpful! I would highly recommend their services.

We recently rented a property through Thatchresidential whilst our house was being refurbished. I thoroughly recommend the company. They were helpful from start to finish and made the whole process of relocating so much easier. They responded swiftly to any maintenance issues that arose and were always on hand to help. Having struggled to find the right & knowledgeable technician to look at my faulty under floor heating I finally found the right team in Thatch Residential. They quickly assessed over the phone what system I had and booked in the correct engineer. The engineer was extremely efficient, worked out the problem on site and left me with a much warmer house, the follow up was within 24hrs with a very clear assessment report & advice for repair & maintenance. Could not recommend more highly
