In terms of fuel, it does what it says on the tin, prices are a good 4p higher than anywhere else in Swansea and as such I only use them when I have to.
I have to say the staff behind the counter can be incredibly rude. I've witnessed this a few times, they'll chat away to one person and then to the next person in the queue they say nothing and throw the receipt across the counter without a single acknowledgement of anything else that is said to them by the customer. 1st time I thought it might be just a bad day or something but the following times it made me remember why I don't use the store.
Work on your welcoming attitude towards everyone and you'd be worthy of a couple of extra stars
Good fuel stop&shop,no longer offer clubcard points!
Good choice in the shop, coffee to go is pretty good. Loads of offers on and the staff are great help and friendly. Parking has never been a problem. They have a parcel drop and collect system, car wash, air and water pumps. All in all a pretty good service area!
It's a petrol station with small ahop
Friendly staff and a useful range of products in store. My experience tainted by being limited to cash only payments for well over a week. Hope this is sorted now.
