Great little service station, I think it's the only one between Fforestfach and the city centre/Sketty, so useful location. They sell all sorts in the shop as well, so handy for picking up daily essentials, or offers they may have on gifts etc. The only downside is that it can be difficult to pull out onto the road afterwards, when the road is busy, as the road bends around on Broadway, and people don't often slow down to let you out. Very friendly, helpful staff and they have a rewards card for frequent visitors.

Faulty fuel pump for Super Unleaded. Didn’t cut off as it should have when tank was full. As a result fuel gushed all over the car panel, wheel, (hot brakes) floor, my shoes, clothes etc. No apology even when I told the fellow behind the counter. No offer to give any water or anything to make it clean and safe, so I had to pay for a jet wash to make sure it was all safe. Then the little old lady came outside to clean up the forecourt, and had the audacity to say she wished people would be careful with the petrol in this hot weather. Perhaps you should be careful and ensure the pump is working correctly in any weather! 👍

Disgusting customer service. The old woman who works there is just plain rude and I’ve been a regular for 3 years. The quicker this place goes into new management the better. You might have been able to run a business with that sort of ignorant attitude 50 years ago but there’s plenty of other service stations nearby with much better service. No wonder they hardly ever have fuel, their suppliers probably get the same attitude....Will not visit again.
