In the process of purchasing a house I agreed for Point Builders to carryout a paid valuation/estimate of building work. After delays and promises on their behalf, and one month elapsing, I gave up.

Very happy with the work done by Point Builders, restoring the slate roof on the back extension of our house (which used to be the old kitchen and scullery). They stripped off the old slates, fitted new lining and insulation, replaced the rotten fascia board and replaced broken and damaged slates with matching second-hand Welsh slates, blending them in so you can't tell which are old and which are new. Now it's all done, it looks as good as new, or rather, as good as I imagine it did when the house was first built in 1900.
