Currently standing outside in the pouring rain and have been for the last 45 minutes whilst I wait for this lot to pick up an inhaler that I can see off the shelf. Luckily I’m in good health, there’s poor old people out here in crutches without jackets though in the middle of December! Really really disastrously poor service and it’s not the first time either.
Terrible experience! Staff have complete lack of knowledge and were rude. I had to wait over 30 minutes for a prescription and will NEVER waste my time going back. The young girls working there simply hover around the computer giggling whilst elderly patients are completely neglected and told to wait. I would rather walk to Boots than ever step foot in this abhorrent establishment again.
The quality of service is appalling. I once had to wait for the medication for 6 weeks. The excuses are always the same « we are running out of supply » or « we did not see your prescription »
Strongly advise to go to Boots instead
The downside,they quite often don’t have the medication so have to go back to collect
The plus -I have always found Jill,the pharmacist &the blond lady with glasses extremely kind & helpful.
It’s a shame it looks so bare as it don’t encourage you to browse & buy
Very rude and unhelpful weekday staff, I will change my pharmacy. (The weekend staff are very pleasant though.)
