Great pharmacy, caring staff. They have worked hard to keep us safe during the peak of Covid in the UK and always did it with a smile. I couldn’t recommend this pharmacy more. I was surprised not to see 5 stars for this place!

The staff will make extremely unprofessional comments to eachother while you wait on the otherside of the cashier til. Some comments I have receieved: "He's has so many medications!" "What if he overdoses?" Along with these comments I was accused of having COVID-19, the comments only stopped behind-the-counter when I shouted that I had 2 previous tests that were negative and felt I had to disclose my personal medical diagnosis. Along with these very rude and unprofessional comments I was also spoken too in an incredibly condescending manner last Saturday by an (very)older senior man. I have switched to an online delivery service, Echo's Pharmacy (with Lloyds Pharmacy) that will deliver FREE to my door and helps with reminders of ordering medications- I encourage all current customers of Ashburton Pharmacy to switch to Echo's Pharmacy, so to have helpful reminders with ordering, not having to deal with the unprofessionalism that the staff here exude, and to get free NHS deliveries straight to their home. Overall, Chartfield Surgery have really good doctors and staff. Everyone its kind and helpful. This doesnt extend to the pharmacy though, where they can be rude and disrespectful. Someone should have a conversation with the tall, slim blonde woman on the counter. Not only its she very rude but she is also incredible disrespectful to patients. She would be very condecending, short temper and even roll her eyes when ask for something. Overall it seems that as a costumer you are an inconvinience from her. This type of behavior should not be accepted specially when dealing with patients who are probably unwell and in pain. I will make sure to get her name next time so i can post exactly who she is because there is another short blonde lady who is actually really nice, and i dont want my review of the horrible tall blonde one to be associate it with her.
