Good store, convenient location and big selection of products. However, had to wait a while for staff at the checkout and on top of that they've started to ask dozens of questions (including irrelevant or unnecessary ones) before I could get a nasal spray which they sell over the counter without a prescription.

Extremely poor customer service on the floor. Very disappointing. First, very hard to find anyone. Second, zero help in finding a product. Third, they don’t even have the products supposed to be redeemed with coupons (e.g., Mummy to be) with a rather indifferent response...”oh, just go to a bigger Boots”. Well, I would define this as a big Boots. Very poor service, not that I was expecting much, but I still got even more disappointed. I will not return
Very tidy and ready for Christmas. Staff very pleasant as usual
Best Boots experience ever. Smiley and welcoming people, both security (didn't get his name) and the sales assistant Olivia. Delightful! I've also got what I was looking for so, a total jackpot.
