Used this chemist for years I walk further. Than my local chemist. Always been treated. With. Respect. Always. Nice staff. Friendly more than helpful. I could not say anything bad about this place

The disability or strain of patients, even during covid-19 are the last of their concerns. I don’t understand how a business of this sort can have no empathy towards the same people they are supposed to help. I have stopped using their services.

Used this chemist for as few years now,not anymore. All lies,kept lying to me about delivery,and about prescription being their or not. I spoke to manager and he was very sorry. He said he will make sure it don't happen again. So I am changing my star to 3 rating now.

I noticed this pharmacy had lots of skin care products, so went in looking for two things. Due to my allergies, and the fact that skin care products says sensitive and still contains fragrance, is not for those sensitive, means I have to look at ingredients. They had a lot of products so I looked through a number of them with none suitable for me. And walked to another part to have a look and was asked by the pharmacist if I needed help. He clearly looked annoyed by me. I said no thank you. And a moment later he basically asked me to hurry up as he was working from the back and couldn't see the part of the store I was in. So rude. And why does it matter?! I walked towards the till fed up with this rude pharmacy, tried to pay for the products I had and he wasn't serving me, but asked is that all you have!!! Clearly expecting me to buy more, but after I was bullied and followed around the shop had no intention of giving this company money. I have never come across the shop so rude and such appalling way to treat a customer! I will not step foot in this business again. And I can see from the other reviews, this is not uncommon. Other companies deserve this business. Avoid unless you want to be treated like a thief.
