Very disappointed. Collected my stressed and exhausted dog at midnight after dropping him off earlier in the afternoon. What I'd been told beforehand about the arrangements in the house turned out to differ from reality, hence my dog becoming extremely anxious. Helen was pleasant afterwards until I asked for a refund for a booking made for 6 months time which was refused, her attitude then changed completely. Would not recommend. Following the below response I am even more disgusted, there are blatant lies written here. My dog is not kept on a lead to settle at home, he is a rescue, when he first arrived atb4 months old being on a lead calmed him, that was almost 2 years ago. He is now a completely different temperament. He visited 3 times and Helen never called him the things she has here. She also still refused to refund our august booking which I find absolutely disgusting.
