Very polite receptionist very welcoming great Dentist
Absolutely so happy to find this dentist. I knew I needed an extraction but when it was confirmed on my 1st visit my fear really kicked in.I need not have worried. Apart from the discomfort from the injections ( which were done in seconds) the tooth came out easily with no pain at all. Such a relief! I highly recommend this practice, very friendly and very efficient.
The actual procedure wasn't so bad, felt slightly uncomfortable with the dentist but im sure they were just being nice. However, the receptionist was exceptionally rude to me. I saw him once when i came in, and a second time as he was bringing coffee to the dentists, as this was only my second interaction i didn't know it was him. The dentist told me to organise another appointment with the receptionist. He wasn't there so i pressed the buzzer, when he came down he was clearly agitated and was making sarcastic comments about me being in a rush.
The receptionist was the soul reason i didn't go back there. This was over a year ago though so the receptionist may have changed.
Nice place, decent dentists however.
