Lovely dry for walking dogs
OK no bikes in week but some at weekends
Good sized secure car park - closed at dusk which provides access directly onto Cloud Trail so no going back in a road to get to it. Cloud Trail great too with several options for a circular route back via country roads and pathways
Tiny car park but free and easy access to the trail walk.
Great, undervalued facility. Regularly use it as part of a circular ride that takes in Swarkestone, Ticknall and Staunton Harold. Easy, flat trail. Perfect for families.
Easy parking, pleasant walk or bike ride and considering the first mile is beside the quarry it's surprisingly quiet.
