Just go to Amazon instead. Amazon were able to deliver next day. As opposed to... Ordered several basic items that have never arrived. Very poor. No offer of refund or replacement items. Still chasing their imaginary proof of postage at this point for my refund. Just poor.
A simple process to register and order. I have never used an online pharmacy before and was surprised how much variety was available. The order arrived quickly and the postage was inexpensive too! I'll definitely use them again 🙂
Very impressed with the excellent customer service received from Chemist Direct! I emailed to advise them of a faulty item in my order, to which they responded within hours & sent a replacement straight out via next day delivery! I’ve only placed two orders so far, and was already impressed with the variety of what they sell & their prices, but now I’m inclined to shop with them even more :)
I completed a transaction for four items before being informed that three weren't in stock. The delivery date for the (bizarrely unstocked yet listed) items was then reset three times in the space of three weeks. No compensation for bad service was offered, no real sense of urgency conveyed.
I love Chemist Direct! I can order a product and be confident that I will receive exactly what want.
Paying is easy! My Mum has started to use Chemist Direct and she said that she had enjoyed the
simplicity as well! I would definitely recommend Chemist Direct.
