Unfortunately, for the second time, my pair of shoes bought from Russell and Bromley have un seamed from the sole after four months use. After reporting the issue to Mia (manager) she stated the only option was for me to go without shoes while a team inspected them at head office! (Are the show professionals not the people that sell them??). This for the obvious reason leaves me with no shoes for work. I thought the hike in prices would have brought better quality rather than a simple increase in profit for them. Here’s where the situation takes a turn for the worse! I asked for the complaints procedure and was denied. The manger stated that they have no complaints procedure. This is an outright lie and against the ethics of all companies. It can easily be found online. The simple facts are that Russell and Bromley are unwilling to take responsibility for their faulty products. What a shame! I highly recommend people spend the extra £50 to buy high end shoes such as Churches who give an equally high level of customer support.

I can't express how happy I am with the customer service at Russell and Bromley, Marble Arch (484/486 Oxford St, Marylebone, London W1C 1NA). I believe the lady who helped me behind the counter is named, Jessie? After 12 months, the stitching started to come undone around the leather that connects to the base of my boots ( Only Dry knee-high boot by Aquatalia £365). I took the boots along with the original box & receipt from October 2018, spoke with a couple of lovely ladies and they immediately got me a new pair from out the back. It was obvious that I had taken very good care of my boots to date and I do think it makes a difference when they can see the condition. It was a straightforward and easy exchange. This was the best customer service I have ever had from a retailer. Thank you, Russell and Bromley!

This branch caters mainly for the Middle East, Gulf & Saudi customers...lots of croc, ostrich & other skins...plus lots of bling for the ladies, matching bags, belts etc...if you can look past that there are one or two very comfortable styles by Moreschi for men, so worth a look...
