An old and established business which always provides first class customer service thanks to the supreme efforts of Liz and Vanessa.
This shop does not allow you too n without a mask! They clearly don’t understand that some people are exempt! I am disgusted at their blatant discrimination and disregard, shame on you...

How to start.
I can't think of ever having a more friendly and helpful experience ever.
Formally living in Hythe years ago I remember what a lovely Eldridges was.
On reminding all this I phoned with an unusual request.
I asked if it might be possible to order a gift to a friend in Germany.
I was blown away kindness.
Not only did they package it all up but then post it on to Germany.
All this with no payment.
So kind thoughtful in every way.
I am so happy with Eldridges.
